# Create video conference room

**Please be advised** that when the participants joining the Vid con using a mobile device, the participants needed to download the latest app of Google Meet or Zoom via google play or IOS. When the meeting is on Google Meet and the participants will use Computer Browser, it will automatically access the meeting without downloading anything, however, if the meeting is created using zoom the host and the participants will be needing to download the Zoom App to experience a better quality of Zoom Meeting at <https://zoom.us/download>
