# How to post in your Class

Posting here is like a news feed and all participants here can see your post. It is a good idea for announcements and reminders to all students.

**POSTING WITH A PHOTO**

Step 1: Click the **Discussion tab** and then click the **"Add" button** then click **"Images".**

Step 2: **Choose a photo** then click **open.**

Step 3: Compose an announcement together with the photo you attach and then click Post.

**POSTING WITH VIDEO LINK**

Step 1: Click the **Discussion tab** and then click the **"Add" button** then click **"Video Link".**

Step 2: Copy a link from youtube then paste it to the silidLMS.

Step 3: Paste the link here then click the **"Add" button.**

Step 4: Compose an announcement together with the video link you paste and then click **Post.**

**POSTING WITH OTHER FILES**

Step 1: Click the **Discussion tab** and then click the **"Add" button** then click **"Other Files".**

Step 2: You can choose different types of documents to attach here. ***Supported formats:** docx, doc, xlxs, xls, pdf, txt, jpg, jpeg, png, gif*

Step 3: Compose an announcement together with the document you attach and then click **Post.**
